COMMUNION outdoors: Samuel

Samuel’s parents heard about us from some distant relatives, and following their recommendation, they traveled all the way from Seville to come see us and discuss what the photographic session for this little man would be like. We talked for quite a while, and they decided they preferred an outdoor session rather than doing something indoors.

So on the agreed day, we met at the studio and headed to Parque Oromana—a park here in our town, a beautiful spot to create wonderful memories for our little protagonists. We began our journey, and Samuel, accompanied by his mom and his aunt, gradually relaxed until he felt completely at ease. In fact, it’s worth noting that in the very first photograph, Samuel gifted us a sincere and beautiful smile that made everything so much easier.

Samuel was a bit nervous because he was eagerly awaiting the day of his communion—and especially a particular part of the session that we had prepared with a lot of care. One of his greatest passions is football; he plays as a goalkeeper on a team and absolutely loves the sport. So we thought it would be a great idea, and that he’d enjoy it to the fullest, if we incorporated something related to his favorite hobby into his communion session. And that’s exactly what we did—the result couldn’t have been more perfect.

One thing we’re doing a lot in this communion campaign is taking our little protagonists into the river in our town, and we love knowing that the outcome of the photographs will be genuine keepsakes.

In this case, his parents decided that the session was an opportunity for Samuel to enjoy himself individually, and believe me, that’s exactly what happened—if not, see for yourselves.
