PREGNANT IN STUDY: ODAMAY

The arrival of your first child is always a cause for joy, and most parents decide to do a maternity session to immortalize the moment. And in the case of Odamay, it was no different.

They came to the studio knowing they wanted a photo session of the pregnancy and later of their little one, so that’s exactly what we did. In the end, they decided that the session would take place in the studio and that they wanted it to feature dresses and lingerie, resulting in intimate photographs that capture the love they share.

Our main subject was a bit nervous at first—a feeling that quickly disappeared after we took a couple of shots. In fact, as the session progressed, she began suggesting photos and poses herself, and soon both of them felt completely at home.

We started with a long dress and a shirt, kimonos, and black lingerie, which always works well in these cases. As usual, we divided the session into two parts: one with a white background full of light and another with a black background with shadows that create a more intimate atmosphere. All of this first part was shot on the bright white background.

As we always do, in both setups the mom poses alone with her little one, giving her the chance to showcase, on her own, the beautiful body of a pregnant woman.

We had a wonderful session that flew by, and even though they started off a bit nervous, they left completely delighted with the experience. In the end, what matters most is that our parents enjoy every moment, and we know that was the case. We leave you with this lovely couple of first-time parents.
